The company is founded

Karl and Ken Stoltzfus, Chris’s sons, establish K&K Aircraft, Inc. The company was founded as a small aircraft parts business and aluminum smelting operation, and later purchased a fleet of Beechcraft BE-18s and Douglas DC-3s for wide-area aerial application missions.

Dynamic Aviation was formed by Karl and his son Michael in 1997. Subsequently, K&K Aircraft was consolidated into Dynamic Aviation operations.

aerial firefighting commences

The company begins providing attack and low-level planes for aerial firefighting. We’ve been supporting the U.S. Forest Service in fighting wildfires ever since.

Company starts providing Airborne Data Acquisition (ADA) services to government and commercial customers. We’ve now flown ADA missions in more than 30 countries.

Dynamic Aviation outfits its first aircraft for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR). We have since forged a reputation as an industry leader in COCO/GOCO ISR solutions.
