Dynamic Aviation is pleased to announce a significant addition to its executive team. Michael Mendolia has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and fostering continued growth.
With a proven track record of success, Mr. Mendolia brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Dynamic Aviation. Previously serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Leonardo, a prominent player in the international defense sector, he played a pivotal role in identifying and capturing strategic business opportunities and leveraging Leonardo’s extensive portfolio. In addition, Michael’s prior experience includes his role as Vice President of Engineering at Cobham, a leading global technology and services innovator. At Cobham, he led business transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and Constraint Management and oversaw Flight Operations and Technical Operations for the company’s fleet of DHC-8 and Embraer 190 aircraft. Mendolia’s extensive background within the industry positions him as an invaluable asset to the organization. His vision and ability to drive operational excellence will be instrumental in guiding Dynamic Aviation toward continued success and expansion of our footprint in the aviation industry.

Academically, Michael holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University, a Master’s degree in Engineering from Penn State, and a Ph.D. in Technology and Innovation Management from Northcentral University. His academics are complemented by the skills he learned in the Marine Corps, and his ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment aligns with Dynamic Aviation’s values and culture.
